At Hudaani, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, our returns policy makes it simple to exchange or refund eligible items.


1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • For hygiene reasons, cosmetics, skincare, and beauty products cannot be returned if opened or used.
  • Personalised or custom-made items are non-refundable unless faulty.

2. How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Contact Us page and submit your return request.
  2. Our team will provide you with instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack your items securely and send them back to us.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).

4. Exchanges

  • We are happy to replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you require a different size/variant (subject to availability).

5. Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.


7. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe delivery.
